Learn to be happy. If you don't see what to rejoice at, go to an oncological dispensary. Just sit there in the lobby. People with cancer will walk nearby. You will hear their conversations, see bodies drained from chemotherapy.
When you go outside, you will be delighted with the sun, wind and air. Everything is learned through contrast. Visit people with disabilities who are unable to care for themselves. Do you still find nothing to enjoy in life? It happens that a disabled person is happier than a healthy person. Because happiness is a state of mind, not a body.
