Register your child with the employment service at your place of residence, where specialists will help you find a suitable job for him that meets labor standards. Usually, these are simple community works: sweeping the streets, cleaning the premises, posting notices and delivering mail.

Look through the ads in newspapers and on the Internet, paying attention to vacancies in which no work experience is required, and the age of the applicant is not important. For example, pay attention to the work of a promoter: the child will be able to cope with the distribution of leaflets indoors or outdoors, and at the same time such work has a convenient schedule.
Step 4
Ask your friends if they need an additional part-time employee at their place of work. Various institutions are often understaffed and may agree to register a young person. If you are an employer yourself, consider employing your child, for example, as your helper.

Place your child in a suitable position as an intern or trainee. At the same time, he will not receive a salary, but he will gain the necessary work experience and will be able to work at any time convenient for him.
