Step 3
Ask your neighbors about the person you are interested in. As a rule, it is very difficult to hide the marital status by living together or, on the contrary, having separated. After carefully listening to stories about a person's life, you can learn a lot of details.

Step 5
But the registry office, as well as the housing office, are not obliged to disclose information about a person, considered confidential, to private individuals. This information is issued at the request of the relevant authorities or on the basis of court orders.
Step 6
Contact the police and write a statement that the person is hiding from paying alimony or from the fact of paternity. This will become the basis for initiating a case on this fact and permission to submit relevant requests to establish the marital status of a person.
Step 7
Hire a private investigator who has the authority to submit inquiries to various authorities and who will carefully collect all the necessary information about the subject of your interest.
