In the case of early toxicosis, "symptomatic" treatment is used, which is used only as a last resort. You must strictly monitor your diet: eat easily digestible, vitamin-rich food. Eat lightly warm food (it is absorbed much better than hot food) often, in small portions. Drink non-carbonated mineral water.

If you feel nausea, you can eat a pear, apple, kiwi, or drink freshly squeezed juice from apples, grapes, or oranges. Cranberries, lingonberries, currants have a positive effect on nausea.

Step 4

You can use the traditional method: slowly chew the ginger root and wash it down with mineral water. If you do not have fresh ginger, you can eat 1/3 teaspoon of dried ginger and also wash it down with mineral water. You can also add ginger to your tea leaves.

Take small walks in the fresh air regularly so you don't overwork.

A slice of lemon or tangerine also helps to reduce nausea, but here you need to be careful - citrus fruits can only intensify the symptoms of toxicosis. Try to include more protein in your daily diet (grains, legumes, seeds, nuts, fish, meat and dairy products).

When you wake up in the morning, do not make sudden movements. Lying in bed, you need to eat some nuts or cookies. If you are leaving home for a long time, bring a cookie or apple with you. To remove signs of toxicosis, you can eat something salty: crackers, sauerkraut or pickled cucumber. After you have eaten, it is advisable to rest a little, lie down for a couple of minutes. During toxicosis, try not to eat fatty, cold, spicy or hot foods.
