Toxicosis is becoming a problem for many pregnant women. There are two types of this deviation: early (appears at the initial stage of pregnancy) and late (develops in the second half of pregnancy). The causes of toxicosis can be hormonal changes in the body of the expectant mother. Genetic predisposition also plays an important role. There are several methods to get rid of this condition or to make it as easy as possible.

Eat often, but in small portions as soon as you feel hungry. When your stomach is empty, stomach acid is left to digest its own ependym. Eat until nausea appears, food should prevent it. If a certain food makes you disgusted, do not taste or inhale the smell of that food.

Drink more, as vomiting leaves a lot of fluid from the body, much more than food. If drinking consistently is problematic for you, just eat foods that contain a lot of water, such as greens and salads, fresh vegetables and fruits.

Take prenatal vitamins, preferably before bed. A doctor may recommend vitamin B6, which is helpful in treating nausea for many women.
Step 4
Go to bed early to get a good night's sleep. Healthy sleep will help not only relieve the attacks of toxicosis, but also cope with the fatigue that is so characteristic of pregnant women. Greet the morning at a slow pace - rushing will only increase the discomfort. Do not jump out of bed suddenly. Lie down for about 15 minutes, eat a couple of salty crackers, only then get up slowly.
Step 5
Avoid unnecessary worries and worries, limit to a minimum, or better, completely stop communicating with people you unpleasant. Surround yourself with close friends and family, watch funny movies and listen to your favorite music.
Step 6
Walk in the fresh air more often. In the summer, take walks, preferably in the morning and in the evening, when it is not so hot, move more. Moderate physical activity helps to improve the well-being of a pregnant woman.
