The peculiarities of the activity of children are manifested from birth, which can be seen during feeding, and by the duration of periods of vigor, and by the vigor of movements. It is important to preserve and develop children's activity, which is given to a child by nature.

Necessary

Space for movement, sports equipment, loose clothing and the ability to identify the child's need for activity in order to satisfy it on time

Instructions

Step 1

Do not forbid the child to be active, but only channel his energy into socially acceptable activities: kick not toys, but a ball; to knock with a stick not on TV, but on the blanket, from which it is necessary to knock out the dust: “Clever girl! Mom's helper!"

Step 2

Offer your child those activities that he likes the most, where he is as active as possible and does not feel tired for a long time. If you like playing football, let him play as much as he wants. And you will find out his activity potential: how many minutes, hours he can be physically active, at what time of day and under what conditions.

Step 3

Do together with the child those things necessary for development that he does not really like and does not show interest in them. The interest can come from mom or dad. Toddlers usually like to do something with their parents, and at first the activity will be kept in the interest of the parents, and then, when the child begins to do something, the activity in this type of activity will manifest itself in him.

Step 4

Ask your child to teach you something. For example, make a paper frog. Children learn something every day in kindergarten, and you have already forgotten how you did it before. Therefore, the kid can become your teacher. Thank him for his help and for not refusing to help you. You will see pride in the eyes and in the child's posture, and, you will see, in the near future he will try to teach you something else, while trying to remember everything well in the kindergarten or in the school of development.

Step 5

Teach an aggressive child to direct your energy for good - work, helping loved ones, creation. Or just give them the opportunity to vent their aggression. Hostile children are always active, but use their power to destroy. Think about what can be destroyed with further benefit for the child and the whole family as a whole: pick clean paper for the hamster and put it in a cage, saw off dried branches in the garden, remove bedding for washing, throw dirty paper in the trash, etc. Gradually add constructive action, but do not demand it to be done right away.

Step 6

Make your family's physical education and sports a cult following. Organize long walks or runs together. Encourage any endeavors in this direction - buy sports equipment, exercise equipment, comfortable clothes and shoes together.
