Many parents want their child to start talking as early as possible. You should not miss the early favorable period and help the baby with this. Basically, it depends on the parents when and how the baby speaks. Consider the guidelines that adults must follow in order for the learning process to be successful.
To speak, a child needs to have a sufficient number of words in a passive vocabulary. What does it mean? From birth, talk to the little lump for a long time and expressively. He needs to hear your voice and speech. Show your baby different objects or bright pictures and clearly pronounce their name several times. After some time, the baby will be able to reproduce similar sounds, then syllables, and then words.
When your child learns to play sounds for you, this is already a small victory. Then you can proceed to combining them, that is, creating syllables. Let it first be the simplest words, for example, "ma-ma", "pa-pa". Words must certainly correspond to the main needs of the child. Gradually, the baby will begin to understand how important speech is when interacting with others. Many adults make the mistake of "lisping" and distorting words, calling the car, for example, "BBC", and the dog - "woof." Please note that the child will remember these words and will speak them this way. Therefore, you must pronounce the names of all objects correctly.
The next step will be teaching the child to express their desires, requests and actions: "I want", "drink", "give" and so on. Perhaps at first the words will be somewhat "clumsy", but the main thing is that you understand the essence. The more the child speaks, the better. And do not demand to speak in sentences, start simple. Remember that first you need to learn to pronounce simple nouns (name objects), then verbs (actions), and then adjectives, numbers, and so on. And further! Whenever the baby has managed to master a new sound or syllable, praise him and rejoice with him.
By the way, scientists from Russia have identified the relationship between hand motility and speech. Give your baby a gentle finger massage, and remember to talk to him and smile. When the child grows up, draw, assemble a pyramid, sculpt from plasticine, play with a bumpy ball, and so on. All these actions will stimulate the development of speech.
