It is best to start dealing with this issue in advance, about two months after the birth of the child. The queue moves very slowly, and the issuance of a voucher may come up just in time for the child to go to kindergarten.

Then go to the district administration with a package of prepared documents. Write an application for admitting your child to a municipal preschool educational institution. After that, your data will be entered into the electronic database, and you will be given a coupon indicating the number in the electronic queue. You can also use the project "Electronic queue for kindergarten" on the Internet. This project has been in operation since March 2010. Register on the official portal of Yekaterinburg at https://www.eduekb.ru. After that, wait for a letter, which will contain a personal card with a code assigned to each child. Then, using this code, it will be possible to check the sequence number.
