Every child dreams of receiving a letter from Hogwarts. But what is really there, many adults would also not mind. How you sometimes want to forget about all your worries and plunge into the magical world with your children. Such impressions will last a lifetime.
So what we need for the perfect Harry Potter holiday:
1. Invitations. This is actually the most interesting and exciting moment of creating a holiday. Children will be delighted when they receive invitations in the form of a letter from Hogwarts, because this is what they dream of! For greater truthfulness, you can “age” the letter by dipping and drying the paper in tea or coffee.
2. Registration. Before embarking on the design, it will be useful to review at least the first part of Harry Potter and be inspired by the enchanting atmosphere. The famous enchanted ceiling can be made from fishing line and paper stars, platforms 9 and 3/4 can be painted on a poster, a brick wall can be painted on fabric and a slot can be made to pass through the wall. You can also decorate the room with jars of potions and candles.
3. Script. What is a holiday without contests? Perhaps they are boring to many, but only for our holiday we need unusual, magical contests. Invite the children to play Quidditch, or fly on a broomstick over a real reduced city, teach them how to cook their potions, or offer to fight with a drawn dragon. The most common contests can be easily beaten in a magical way. And the highlight of the program can be distribution to faculties with the help of an enchanted hat.
4. Banquet. Our banquet, like everything else, should also be thematic. Here you will find gummy worms and frogs in chocolate, Bertie Bott’s sweets, butter beer (regular lemonade), a cake in the form of a castle - here your imagination plays a big role.
5. Magic wands. Prepare real magic wands for the children as a prize for the contests. They can be made with sushi sticks, glue, paper, beads, and paints. If you can carve them out of wood, then just great!
A Harry Potter-style birthday will surely please your child and his guests. Even if not all children are fans of this film, the enchanting atmosphere will not leave them indifferent, and you will give children a piece of magic.
