Instructions

Step 1

Before you go for a walk with your child, see what the temperature is and if there is wind. Many mothers diligently "wrap up" their child, putting on as much clothes as possible, especially if the weather is cool outside. Remember - most often children get sick not from hypothermia, but from overheating.

Step 2

Do not forget that the physical activity of babies is much higher than that of adults. The child needs to be dressed so that you can remove the top layer of clothing if it gets hot, and pry off the blouse if it gets cold outside.

Step 3

When choosing children's clothing, you should focus on ensuring that the baby is not constrained in movements during a walk, so that it is as convenient for him as possible to jump, run, turn his head, rise after falls, and slide down a hill. First of all, children's clothing should be comfortable and practical, and only then - beautiful.

Step 4

In order not to torment yourself with the question of how to dress a child at different times of the year, remember a simple scheme called "one-two-three." It is explained quite simply: during summer walks, a child should wear one layer of clothing, in spring and autumn - two, well, and in winter walks with children are accompanied by three layers of clothing.

Step 5

In the summertime, try to walk not in the very heat, but even in the morning and in the evening it can be quite hot outside. Therefore, summer clothes for the baby should be chosen from natural, breathable fabrics, best of all cotton. You should not put a T-shirt under the main clothes, a light sarafan or a T-shirt will be enough. But it is best to wear thin linen socks under the sandals, otherwise the child may rub his feet.

Step 6

In spring and autumn, put on tights or socks, pants or thin overalls, a jacket or shirt, and a jacket on your child. Warm woolen socks should not be worn, even in late autumn. Be careful not to sweat your child.

Step 7

For winter walks, wear a coat, jacket or overalls, one warm hat. Do not wrap your child's mouth and nose with a scarf, as this can lead to excessive overheating. Put on a thin golf, sweater, tights and pants under the bottom, and, of course, comfortable and warm shoes.
