Instructions
Step 1
Rice flour milk porridge
Grind the rice grits in a coffee grinder to a flour condition, pour into a cup, pour in water and stir so that there are no lumps. Boil the milk and pour the rice flour diluted with water into it in a thin stream. Stir constantly while doing this. Bring the porridge to a boil and cook, continuing to stir to prevent it from burning. The cooking time is approximately 5-6 minutes. Salt the prepared porridge, then add sugar.
Step 2
Milk rice porridge, pureed
Pour well-washed rice with boiling water and put on low heat until it boils down. Rub the finished rice through a sieve. Dilute the resulting mass with warm, but not boiled milk. If there are any lumps, rub the rice again through a sieve. Add sugar and salt to the resulting mixture and bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
Step 3
Rice porridge with apple
Wash the apples and wipe them with a napkin. Then peel and cut into quarters. Rinse the rice, then pour boiling water over it, add apple pieces to it and set to cook. Remember to stir constantly so that the porridge does not burn. When the rice with apples is ready, mash it, add sugar and salt and put it on low heat again for a couple of minutes. If the porridge is very thick and can burn at the same time, bring it to readiness in a water bath.
