Parents should take care of the availability of space from the moment the child is born. There are two ways to enroll in a kindergarten in Kazan: come to the RONO in person or take advantage of the electronic queue.

Step 1
Having received a child's birth certificate, you can not only queue up on a special website of the city administration, but also choose the kindergarten you like. The site provides such a service, moreover, information about the status of the application and the position in the queue can be found out by e-mail or in the form of an SMS notification to a mobile phone. Step 2
On the "Submitting application" page, enter the number and date of issue of the child's birth certificate, on the next page - complete all the data (full name, registration address, name and passport information of one of the parents, contact phone number). Next, fill in the information about the benefits. If there are any, to confirm them, you will have to provide the original documents to the district education department.
Step 3
Next, select a few preferred preschool educational institutions (you can see the addresses on the map). It will be proposed to consider proposals for other kindergartens in the area, they should not be neglected. For each kindergarten you choose, you can see the number of people who want to get into this particular preschool educational institution, for this there is a corresponding button on the screen. Fill in the desired date of enrollment in the kindergarten and check the details on the next page.
Step 4
The date of registration in a preschool institution is the date of filling out the electronic application form on the website of the portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan. After that, all the data will be checked for correctness in the database of the vital statistics office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Upon successful verification, the application is put in the queue. If the result of the check is negative, the application will receive the status of "confirmation of documents". In this case, you will need to personally provide the originals of the documents to the RONO within 30 days from the date of submission of the application on the portal website. If the application indicates benefits, the documents on them must also be submitted for confirmation to the district education department.
Step 5
At the end of registration, the application will be assigned an identifier consisting of 17 digits. After the application has been verified, a corresponding notification will be sent to your mobile phone and e-mail. You can check the queue number by this number or according to the data of the child's birth certificate. Kindergartens are completed from mid-May to the end of August.
