If earlier parents could safely send a child to a nursery or kindergarten, then in recent years the situation has changed dramatically. Due to the fact that in the post-perestroika period, many preschool institutions in Russia were closed or redesigned, now there are not enough kindergartens for everyone. Parents have to sign up for a queue, which in some regions of the country can take several years. Therefore, it is important to add the child to the waiting list as soon as possible, so that it does not turn out that he will go to kindergarten only when it is already time for him to go to school.

It is necessary

  • - Child's birth certificate
  • - Passport of one of the parents
  • - Document confirming the benefit (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

As soon as you get your child's birth certificate in your hands, immediately go to get in line for a place in kindergarten. As a rule, in all cities, the registration is made in the departments of preschool education at the place of residence, in specially created departments for recruiting places. If you still remember the times when you went to the head of the kindergarten and signed up with her - after 2006, according to the new registration procedure, this rule no longer applies.

Step 2

To get on the line, you need to have two or three documents with you. This is the child's birth certificate and your passport (or your spouse's). One more document is needed only for those who are going to join the privileged queue. Then you will need documentary evidence of this benefit. For example, a certificate that you are a single mother, or you have a large family, or the father of your child died in the line of civic duty. The exact list of benefits must be clarified directly with the specialist of the department where you will be queuing up.

Step 3

At the reception at the recruiting department, you will be asked to hand-write a statement using a standard template. In it, you can indicate the kindergarten you want, or at least the area in which it is located. Remember that when distributing seats, the staff of the recruitment department first of all look at the place of registration in the passport that you presented to them. Therefore, if your place of registration and residence is different, be sure to indicate this in the application so as not to get a place in a kindergarten on the other side of the city.

Step 4

In some regions of the country, for example, in Moscow and the Moscow region, you can put your child on via the Internet. To do this, the child's parents need to register on the ec.mosedu.ru website and fill out an electronic application there. It must contain the data of the passport of one of the parents and the birth certificate of the child. You can also indicate your preferred kindergarten or district. In addition, on the website, in the electronic register, you can track the status of your application. When the turn comes, the parents will be sent an email by the email specified during registration.
