Step 1
So your baby was born. You have received a birth certificate. Now is the time to enroll your child in kindergarten. Within one month after birth, register with the district education department of Yekaterinburg. On the website of the city administration, carefully read the work schedule of specialists so as not to waste time.
Step 2
Take with you all the necessary documents: birth certificate, a copy of it, passport of one of the parents. It is better to show the passport of a parent registered in the same area as the kindergarten, because the recording is made at the place of actual residence of the child. Write a statement addressed to the head of the department of education in duplicate with a request to indicate your registration queue number in order to exclude the situation of changing or losing this number.
Step 3
If you are a beneficiary, then prepare the necessary documents confirming the benefit. For the exact list of benefits, contact the specialist of the department where you will be queuing up. All certificates must be provided in originals and copies. When writing an application addressed to the head of the education department, indicate all the documents submitted during registration. Then, in March - April, you will write an application asking to include your child in the category of children with priority admission to preschool. Ask for a written response to your application.
Step 4
If you can agree to work with the management, then take a petition from your organization with a request to provide a voucher to kindergarten. If you are a single parent, then fill out an application addressed to the head of the district social security for the issuance of a certificate stating that you have been assigned state social assistance as a low-income family. Then you have the right to move to the category of beneficiaries.
Step 5
In March - April, re-register the queue to see how it has progressed. As soon as you have been given a ticket, go to the head of the kindergarten. Write an application asking to admit your child to preschool. Take with you all the necessary documents: passport, birth certificate, medical certificate.
