Voronezh currently has 150 kindergartens. In order to identify a child in one of them at the end of maternity leave, you need to worry about this in advance. There are not enough places in kindergartens yet, so you need to queue up. The distribution of seats is carried out by the district commission.
It is necessary
- - passport (of one of the parents);
- - birth certificate of the child;
- - certificate from the place of work of the parents;
- - a document confirming the right to benefits (if any).
Instructions
Step 1
Come to the district monitoring commission (Ostuzheva st., 14; Leninsky pt, 93; Lizyukova st., 30; 20 let Oktyabrya st., 105/1; Nikitinskaya st., 8; Domostroiteley st., 30). Bring your passport with you (a passport belonging to the child's mother or father will do), a certificate from the parents' place of work, a baby's birth certificate and a document confirming the right to benefits, if any (for example, a student ID or a single mother's certificate, military ID). The sample application and the corresponding forms should be on the table near the office.
Step 2
Write an application for enrollment in kindergarten. Enter the data of the required documents into it. Indicate the time frame in which you want to send your child to the kindergarten, as well as two or three institutions that will suit you. The presence of a residence permit in another area does not play a significant role; parents have the right to send their child to a kindergarten in the area of their actual residence.
Step 3
Apply and take a certificate with the queue number. Keep this certificate until the child enters kindergarten.
Step 4
Call periodically to the district commission (Central District - (4732) 52-35-86; Railway - (4732) 23-07-35; Soviet - (4732) 63-04-04; Kominternovsky - (4732) 21-03 -29; Levoberezhny - (4732) 49-42-75 and Leninsky district - (4732) 77-05-10) and ask how the process is going. Do this in the area where the registration with the monitoring commission was.
Step 5
Wait for the call from the kindergarten, when the turn comes, they must inform. Or contact the commission again at the time of recruiting kindergarten groups, it runs all summer months, from June 1 to August 31. The lists are posted. Check the lists to see if your surname has been entered. You will also receive a voucher there, on the basis of which the child will be enrolled in a kindergarten.
