Build a relationship with your manager. Not everyone knows, but usually on September 1, 2-3 places remain free in the recruitment groups. Therefore, having agreed with the head, it is possible to get a ticket to kindergarten. Usually, parents are asked to provide material assistance to the institution in the form of cash or a gift. If you belong to the privileged category of citizens, then your child must be taken to kindergarten without waiting in line. Of course, usually in this case they say that there are no vacancies. You don’t believe. They count on a person's legal illiteracy. Show that you know a thing or two and that you have no intention of deviating from your goal. Offer to read an excerpt from the relevant law. As a last resort, you can complain to the city administration, to the department for work with the population.
