Step 1
Once you receive your child's birth certificate, search for the city's official website on the Internet. In it, select the appropriate section on preschool institutions. Next, you need to act according to the prompts, that is, correctly fill in the appropriate columns for placing the child on the queue.
Step 2
Entering data begins with information about the child's surname, name and patronymic and the number of his birth certificate. Fill in this information, as well as information about the parents (full name and passport information). You will need to enter the registration address and contact phone number to inform about the status of the application and the queue number. You can also specify an e-mail address, there will be sent information about the progress of the queue. If you belong to the category of beneficiaries, fill out the appropriate section. This group includes children from large families, disabled children, adopted children, etc., a complete list can also be found from the sections of the city administration website or from the district education department. When applying for benefits, be prepared to confirm the information with a personal visit to the RONO within the next 30 days from the date of filing an electronic application for the queue.
Step 3
After filling in the information about the child and parents, the system will check the authenticity of the document numbers and assign an identification number to the application. After registering in the system, you will receive a corresponding notification. The date of assignment to the queue will be the date of assignment of this number. Check the number regularly for progress in the queue.
Step 4
If your city does not yet have a queuing system using electronic registration, use the traditional method. To do this, come to the district department of public education with a passport and a child's birth certificate, and with copies of these documents. After receiving, they are in the period from May to September, when there is a complete set of groups in kindergartens.
