Almost all conflicts stem from a lack of love and respect for each other. Someone is deprived of love since childhood, and someone “trims” life as they grow up. Why is it so important to know that you are loved and how to get your portion of warmth?
Instructions
Step 1
Perhaps every person is pleased when he is expected. This is probably why most single people (mostly older than middle age), like the postman Pechkin from the famous cartoon, try to get some kind of animal if there is no one around who could really miss you. This desire is justified, because everyone wants to feel their importance for others, even for a beloved dog, and not an empty stay on earth.
Step 2
A person who lives without love becomes embittered, aggressive, inevitably overgrown with a load of complexes and resentments. Lack of love pushes people to moral and even criminal offenses, the consequences of which can greatly damage their lives. To experience love, try giving it to others. This is perhaps the only inexhaustible resource that can be given away without restrictions. Take on board one simple truth: "If you want to be hugged, open your hugs first."
Step 3
When a person does not receive love, he loses interest in perfection. After all, this feeling is not only sexual, but even more expressed in parental caresses towards children, warm wishes, the ability to sympathy and sensitivity, sincere compliments, moral and feasible help, etc. A person who knows that he is loved has a unique basis for moving forward and for his own development: he tries to follow his appearance, cultivates positive character traits, acquires new skills, discovers talents in himself, etc.
Step 4
Love helps you to feel harmony. Mutual love improves well-being, gives comfort and delight at the same time, that is, makes a person happy. But even an unrequited feeling, no matter how difficult it may be, is not so terrible. After all, it makes it possible to make sure that you are able to love, which means that there is a soul mate for you that you have not yet met.
