Step 2
After you put on the bandage, you need to check if it is correctly positioned. There should be no feeling of tightness in the abdomen, discomfort. The prenatal brace should pass strictly under the abdomen, rest on the hips, press the pubic bone in front and fit snugly against the lower back.
Step 3
Make sure that you are comfortable doing certain movements with the bandage on. Walk in it for a while - 5-10 minutes. If no unpleasant sensations appear, then we can assume that the bandage is dressed correctly.
