Due to the temperature difference, the body's ability to adapt to different environmental conditions is trained. To go out with a monthly crumbs in winter, you need to choose the optimal set of streetwear in which the baby will be comfortable.

Step 1
Before dressing the baby, 20-30 minutes before going out for a walk, lubricate his cheeks with a protective baby cream for winter walks. This cream does not contain water, protects and softens the sensitive and delicate skin of the crumbs from dryness and frostbite.
Step 2
Get serious about your baby walking clothes. First, use linen made from natural fabrics - cotton chintz, flannel, knitwear. Choose clothes with a smooth back so that the baby does not experience discomfort from various fasteners and buttons.
Step 3
In addition to the diaper, put on a thin blouse or long-sleeved undershirt and romper for your baby. Knitted jumpsuits with long sleeves and pants are very comfortable. Then a sewn or knitted suit (preferably made of soft wool), warm woolen booties or socks. Please note: the coat should not be prickly.
Step 4
First put on a cotton cap, and then a warm hat (forehead and ears should be closed, and the hat should fit snugly, have a comfortable fastener or ties).
Step 5
Choose outerwear for babies from fur, either down or filled with modern synthetic materials (synthetic winterizer, isosoft, holofiber). It can be an envelope or a jumpsuit with a hood. On sale now there are comfortable transformer overalls (the lower part of the bag is converted into pants). Many overalls provide for the presence of "boots" and warm gloves. Make sure that they are a little too big for the baby, then the air gap will help better keep warm. If your baby's hands are open, wear warm mittens (cotton scratches should be worn under them).

If you prefer to wrap the baby in swaddling clothes and blankets for the first time, then the rules remain the same: a diaper, a blouse or undershirt, a knitted or flannel diaper, a warm blanket (not thick), an envelope or blanket on padding polyester or down, and hats on the head. Take a blanket or a thin blanket with you, going out into the street, additionally cover the legs of the child.
Step 7
Insulate the stroller in advance by placing a special envelope or blanket in it. Keep in mind that the baby lies and does not move, so it freezes faster.
