Step 1
To develop a plan for organizing a children's team, you need to study it. The team has certain properties, the diagnosis of which is carried out by the teacher: cohesion, organization, attractiveness, relationships in the team, the role of each student, does the team have an overwhelming effect on the personality.
Step 2
The teacher must, from the first day of acquaintance with children, introduce them to the pedagogical requirements for students in this educational institution. The unity of requirements from all teachers is already organizing for children.

The teacher explains to the children the positive functions of the team, i.e. the benefit that can be obtained by everyone being in a team: a team is much stronger than one individual person; any member of the team feels the psycho-emotional support of the whole group; in a team, you can freely and actively communicate, exchange information, develop your social qualities of a citizen.
Step 4
Skillful organization of extracurricular work helps to unite children into a single group, especially if it is based on the teacher's interest in such activities. For example, if a teacher is interested in theater, then the work is built by visiting the theater with children, studying its history, creating projects, organizing a theater group in the classroom, and showing performances for elementary grades. In such a team, everyone will be able to show their individuality, peculiarity, to show usefulness for everyone.

When organizing a children's collective, a teacher should pay special attention to the accumulation and consolidation of positive traditions in the class: sports events that are loved by children and parents, the organization of exhibitions of children's work, and the holding of holidays.
Step 6
Studying the characteristics of each student, the teacher must help them find their place in the team. Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, A. S. Belkin identifies eight main roles: generator of ideas, oppositionist, favorite, prickly, eccentric, hard worker, joker, polymath. In his opinion, the team cannot be “one person”.
