And now and then you follow him and collect them in a box. Do not waste your strength, nerves and precious time. Remove toys only before your baby goes to bed. If you don't get enough sleep at night, be sure to rest with your baby in his lunchtime sleep. Bring this into your plan. After all, it is because of chronic fatigue that performance is greatly reduced.

Arrange a shopping trip, treat yourself to long-awaited new things, make an appointment for a friend in a cafe, visit a theater, an exhibition or watch the premiere of a new film in a cinema. Remember to take breaks from your daily routine. This will provide you with extra energy and a positive attitude. And you will always have time for everything.
