Summer holidays have begun. Children spend all their free time outdoors, playing all kinds of games. The task of the parents is to create conditions for an interesting rest for the child. For example, make a playhouse.
It is necessary
spruce beams, boards, slats, screws, crossbars, rafters,
Instructions
Step 1
It is not difficult to design a house in which your children will be happy to play. To make it, purchase eight non-planed spruce beams, 110 boards of the required length and section. You will also need 7 slats. Moreover, 2 slats should be 2000 mm long, and the rest - 700 mm.
Step 2
Cut to length and saw down the top ends of the rafters at a 30-degree angle. Put them in pairs and connect the sawn-off ends with screws. Moreover, the distance between the lower ends of the rafters should not exceed 3000 mm.
Step 3
Fasten the connected rafters with a crossbar using countersunk head screws. The first truss is complete. Lay the beams of the next trusses on top, which should also be cut to length and connected at an angle.
Step 4
Support the rafters. Supports can be bricks, concrete blocks or long planks. The supports should be aligned horizontally. Moreover, the gap between 2 and 3, 3 and 4 trusses should be 800 mm.
Step 5
After installing the structure, proceed with the flooring. Attach the boards to the ledgers using screws.
Step 6
Patch over the back of the house. With the planks horizontal, nail them down. Then trim around the edge.
Step 7
If desired, the house can be divided into two rooms. To do this, make a partition in front of the second truss. Attach the board of the required length with screws to the roof slats, which will subsequently need to be attached to the floor and rafters.
Step 8
Cover the roof. However, please note that the section of the roof where the stairs will be located must be left open. It is better to cover the roof with an overlap or using the herringbone method. With such simple actions, you can build a house in which children will be happy to play.
