When introducing new foods into your child's diet, watch for reactions to them. Usually, when breastfeeding, there are no allergic rashes in children if the mother adheres to the usual diet for nursing. An allergic reaction is often caused by cow's milk, therefore, fermented milk products - cottage cheese, kefir, are first introduced into the baby's diet, and only after two years - whole milk. Also, allergies are often caused by orange and red fruits and berries, fish. If a rash occurs on the baby's skin, the product that caused it, exclude it from his diet. Bathe your baby every day or more often, if necessary, with the addition of decoctions of herbs (string, chamomile, oak bark) and sea salt to the bath so that the rash passes faster and does not bother him. The baby's skin should be constantly moisturized to relieve itching. After the bath, apply a hypoallergenic baby cream to your baby's skin, which keeps the skin hydrated longer, unless the doctor has prescribed a cream with a medicated substance.

If a child has allergic reactions to pet hair, do not allow them to be in the nursery, but rather find other owners for them. You may be allergic to feather pillows - replace this with a pillow filled with artificial filler. Do wet cleaning more often in the baby's room.

Walk with your child as much as possible. Fresh air is necessary for him to maintain high levels of hemoglobin in the blood, since dietary restrictions make it impossible to get enough iron from food.
