For the export of a minor citizen of the Russian Federation outside its borders, it is necessary to comply with a number of requirements imposed by Russian legislation and international rules. To pass through customs control, you need to collect a package of documents and permits.
It is necessary
- - child's passport
- - notarial permission of the second parent or both parents
- - birth certificate
- - additional documents may be required to enter the countries of the visa regime
Instructions
Step 1
In connection with the new rules for the departure of underage citizens of the Russian Federation outside the country and according to international rules for a child of any age - issue a personal foreign passport with a photograph of the child. The fact that the child is entered in your passport and his photograph is pasted is not enough to pass him across the border. A child cannot leave according to the documents of his parents, but only according to his own. Additionally, take with you the original birth certificate of the child and make a photocopy of it.
Step 2
For a minor child to travel abroad with one of the parents, you need to obtain a notarial permission to leave from the second parent, even if the parents are divorced and do not live together. Permission from the second parent is not required if - he is deprived of parental rights, declared incompetent, is in prison, has died or is recognized as missing. In all cases, you must provide documentary evidence of the reason for the lack of permission from the child's second parent.
Step 3
If the second parent is against the child's departure abroad and has submitted an application to the migration service, border control or consulate, then the export of the child will be temporarily suspended pending a decision by the judicial authorities.
Step 4
When a child leaves the territory of the Russian Federation without parents, legal representatives or guardians, notarial permission for the child's departure is required from both parents or only from the child's mother if she has the status of a single mother or the child has a dash in the father column.
Step 5
When entering a number of countries, translation of all documents into the language of the country into which the citizen of the Russian Federation enters is required.
Step 6
When exporting a child to countries with a visa regime, you need to collect a package of additional documents. All required documents for the child's entry into the country must be inquired at the consulate. Each country of the visa regime has its own requirements for the entry of foreign citizens.
