Bathing in large bathtubs contributes to the rapid and healthy growth of the child, and it also has an excellent effect on vigor, activity and mood. This procedure should be taken within a few weeks from the onset of labor, because it is then that you will have a lot of strength for this activity, and the baby's navel will heal. Of course, it is better to use a baby bath up to this point.
Choose the right time to swim. It is considered to be the time before the last feeding. It turns out that the child will get a little tired, freeze and get hungry from bathing. This is good, because then the child will eat with appetite and go to bed calmly. But don't forget that there are exceptions. For example, for some children, bathing causes excitement and unwillingness to sleep, so it is necessary to adapt as accurately as possible to the character of the child and choose a unique swimming time.
First, you need to properly prepare the bath before bathing. Clean the tub with baking soda, then rinse with boiling water and hot water. Perform this procedure once a week, and on all other days, wipe the bath with a regular damp cloth.
It is not worth boiling water especially for bathing; take it from the tap. Do not add any disinfectant to the water, as the water can get into the child's mouth or eyes. In addition, herbs in water cause allergies, and potassium permanganate causes burns.
What is needed to properly redeem a child? Rubber floor mat; thermometer for water; clean clothes, spacious for the child; clean, dry diapers with which the child needs to be blotted; tampons, oil, powder, and cotton swabs; bandage and gauze; brilliant green and pipette; clock.
So, a rug is necessary for an adult to protect himself from falling; the films perfectly absorb moisture and prevent the baby's skin from irritating. Cotton swabs are used to remove water from the ears, tampons are used to lubricate wrinkles, and powder is used for irritated skin. Bandages and gauze are needed to wipe the eyes. But do not do this with cotton wool, because it will lint. Zelenka, hydrogen peroxide and a dropper are necessary if the navel needs to be treated. A watch, as is clear, is needed to control the bathing time.
The best temperature for swimming is 37 degrees. Monitor your child's reactions to check their attitude to water. If the child, after a short stay in the water, is actively moving, but not capricious, then you guessed the temperature. In addition, it is advisable to keep the door open so that no changes in air humidity occur.
