When a new person is born, the spectrum of his emotions becomes brighter and more diverse every day. He is able to rejoice, be afraid, feel pleasure, be upset and angry in the first weeks after birth.

Emotions are varied, but the reaction to them is the same. A child is calm if he is happy with everything, and cries if he experiences negative emotions. And with all this, the parents are quite coping. But when the baby gets older, then he has more manifestations of emotions. Among all this diversity, let's single out anger.

It is the child's anger that drives loving fathers to madness, and mothers to despair. A small child is unable to control his feelings and cope with them, and therefore reacts very sharply to any "injustice". The forms of expression of anger can be very different: a child can scream and cry, throw objects, roll on the ground, hit or bite the offender. Most often, the child reacts in such a way that he does not get what he wants. Behind all this can be: a crisis of 3 years, a divorce of parents, the departure of a mother on business, the beginning of a visit to kindergarten, the appearance of a younger brother, feeling unwell - in general, anything.

What should parents do with this?

First, let's take responsibility for our relationship with our child. After all, we are adults, and we are talking about our children. The way parents relate to the child's feelings, including anger, affects his self-perception, his attitude to the world and loved ones. This will inevitably affect how your baby will build relationships and cope with difficulties in the future.

Second, remember that it's okay to be angry. A person who does not know how to show his anger is not able to defend himself, he directs all aggression inward, thereby destroying himself and his health.
