Step 1

Step 2
Use saline to clear your baby's nose. Boil a liter of water and then dissolve 1 tablespoon of table or sea salt in it. Drop this solution every 60 minutes at the rate of 1 pipette per dose. Do not forget to turn the baby onto a side or stomach after instillation so that he does not suffocate.
Step 3
Make an herbal infusion. Use chamomile, for example. Make the infusion at the rate: one tablespoon of dry herb in a glass of water. Boil the solution for 5-10 minutes and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Place 3-4 drops in each pass.
