Perhaps more responsible than a children's matinee in terms of organization is a wedding. At every minute, everything can go wrong - someone is capricious and burst into tears, someone hesitates to speak in front of a large audience. The main thing is to try to foresee as many nuances as possible.

Firstly, the children's matinee should not be too long. Calculate a scenario plan for a time period of 40 minutes to an hour. Preschoolers are extremely restless, this time may well be enough for them. Such a scenario will perfectly accommodate a couple of general songs, a few rhymes and a scene. Discuss the script not only with the parents at the meeting - be sure to include a music teacher and a kindergarten choreographer in the organization.
Step 2
Then hand out the assignments to the parents. Someone is engaged in fundraising, someone is buying everything you need: sweets, small gifts and souvenirs for little participants in the matinee. Let the one of the parents, who is endowed with artistic talent, decorate the hall in accordance with the theme of the holiday.
Step 3
Give each parent a task to bake or, as a last resort, buy something for tea and organize a tea party for the kids after the matinee. Already there, in a calm atmosphere, when the children sit down at the tables, you can distribute gifts.
Step 4
The script should be composed in such a way that each child has at least a little text, otherwise he will be offended and he will feel disconnected from the team. Give the text to the parents, let them learn it at home with the children. In addition, a rare children's matinee does without costumes. They also need to be agreed upon at the parent meeting in order to avoid the appearance of ten snowflakes and fifteen bunnies at the holiday, unless such is conceived in your scenario.
Step 5
Try to set aside time on the eve of the holiday and rehearse the concert. Maybe. you will decide to add something or, conversely, remove something from your celebration.
