Indicate at the beginning of the characteristics the surname and first name of the preschooler.

Write the year and place of birth of the child.
Step 3
If your child attended a preschool, include the number or name. Do not forget to note at what age he attended kindergarten. If this institution worked under some kind of experimental or in-depth program, be sure to emphasize this fact. For example, the program in this preschool institution could be based on developmental education, or an aesthetic direction in the educational process could be seen.

Write about the activities and subjects (in kindergarten) your child enjoyed the most. For example, he could enjoy reading or drawing.
Step 5
If the works (drawings, embroidery, appliqués, etc.) of a preschooler were highly appreciated, for example, at exhibitions of various levels (district, city), then report it.
Step 6
Tell us what skills your child has already mastered. For example, he knows how to count to a hundred or can read (fluently, by syllables), etc.

Write about what feedback from the educators about the progress and behavior of your child was, as well as what recommendations were given to you regarding the further development and upbringing of the future student.

Note the peculiarities of the preschooler's behavior: whether he is sociable or constantly starts quarrels and fights, is he diligent and attentive, how long can he concentrate on one issue, is he able to consistently and competently express his thoughts and draw conclusions.

If the preschooler was engaged in any circles, sections, write about it, indicating their name and type of activity (sports, drawing, dancing, etc.).
Step 10
Reveal the child's passion for something. For example, he is studying music in music school and at home, has mastered the skill of playing some musical instrument, or he is good at singing songs. If the preschooler has already participated in contests, concerts or festivals, write about this in the profile.
Step 11
Tell us if the prospective student had any temporary or standing errands around the house and how he coped with them. Also write about whether he took the initiative himself, for example, wanting to help mom or dad.
Step 12
Describe how the preschooler communicated with his peers, younger friends. If the child is open, ready to always provide the necessary help, always friendly and courteous, be sure to emphasize this positive side of his character.
