Step 1
Due to the large number of those wishing to send their children to kindergarten, they made an electronic queue through which you can make an appointment, as well as a commission that deals with this issue. You must have a passport and a copy of it, a child's birth certificate and a copy of it, in some regions you also need SNILS and a baby's registration.

Usually, there are several options for the gardens to choose from, but sometimes the voucher is issued in the institution in which there is a place. The voucher itself comes to your e-mail, as well as to the head of the garden. If you want to attend this particular kindergarten, then simply confirm this and fill out all the necessary documents.
Step 3
If you have moved or you do not like this preschool institution, you can exchange your voucher. This is done in 2 ways. First: find a person who received a ticket to the garden to which you want to send your child, and exchange with him; or simply contact the commission again and you will be queued for another garden. In the second option, in case of heavy workload, the voucher may not be issued to you immediately. The exception is the availability of certain benefits.

If you need to get a place in a certain kindergarten very urgently, then you can try to find a person who wants to send his child to your kindergarten. This can be done through special sites on the Internet, through ads. In the case of mutual agreement, the exchange is quite simple. You need to go to the garden to which you were given a voucher, so that the manager's stamp was put on it. The other person in his garden should do the same. After that, with all the documents and with copies of both vouchers, you must go to the commission for staffing preschool institutions, and if it is not there, then to the administration. There you will receive new vouchers that must be provided to the kindergarten you want. It should be borne in mind that the age of the child you and the person with whom you want to change should be approximately the same.

In some kindergartens, nursery groups have now been canceled, and if your child is not yet 3 years old, then not all preschool institutions can accept him.
