Step 1
Study the text of the Order of the Ministry of Social Development dated January 27, 2006, No. 44 "On the follow-up (rehabilitation) of patients in a hospital setting." It says that every pregnant woman from the risk group working at any enterprise of the Russian Federation, which transfers in accordance with the established procedure contributions to the Social Insurance Fund (FSS) and who has a pregnancy period from 12 to 32 weeks, has the right to receive a free voucher to a sanatorium …
Step 2
Contact your attending gynecologist at the antenatal clinic if you have one of the following diseases: uterine fibroids without signs of malnutrition of myomatous nodes, malformations of the uterus, body weight deficiency, infertility or a history of fetal malnutrition, anemia outside the stage of exacerbation, diseases of internal organs, miscarriage or hormonal disorders, neurocirculatory dystonia. The doctor will write you a referral to the hospital for treatment.
Step 3
Immediately after you are admitted to the hospital, notify the head of the department or the attending physician that you plan to continue treatment in the sanatorium. You will be able to get to the sanatorium-resort institution only after 2 weeks from the moment of hospitalization.
Step 4
Call the HR department to work. Ask to prepare a certificate that you are an employee of this organization. Contact the accounting department and ask them for a certificate stating that your company pays contributions to the FSS. Give these 2 references to your doctor.
Step 5
Take a conclusion from the attending physician that you are indicated for rehabilitation in a sanatorium (form No. 70 / u-04 "Certificate for obtaining a voucher"). Wait for the decision of the medical commission to send you for follow-up care. If the decision is positive, then this commission will prepare all the necessary documents for you to stay in the sanatorium. When directed to a sanatorium, you do not need to take a vacation for aftercare, because for this period, which lasts 21 days, you will be given a sick leave.
