Step 1
To ensure that your child can go to one of the kindergartens in a timely manner, register him in the citywide queue for kindergarten. The sooner you do this, the better. In most Russian regions, the situation is such that the baby must be registered in the queue immediately after receiving the birth certificate.

In order for the child to be included in the lists of those in need of attending kindergarten, you can drive up to the Committee on Preschool Education and write a statement in the established form. If you can, do it remotely. To do this, you need an Internet connection.
Step 3
Register on the website of the city committee for preschool education, enter in the special electronic boxes the surname, name, patronymic of the baby, his date of birth, and the number of the birth certificate. Attach files with scanned originals of one of the parents' passports and child's birth certificates to the application.
Step 4
When it's your turn for kindergarten, you will be notified of this. You will be told in which preschool institution the child was given a place. If you are satisfied with everything, you can start going through a medical examination. To do this, contact the children's clinic at your place of residence. There you will be given a card and told which specialists you need to visit and what tests you need to pass.
Step 5
When the child's medical record with the passed commission is in your hands, you can go to the management of the preschool institution to conclude a contract. Bring your passport and child's birth certificate with you. If necessary, take with you the original certificate of temporary registration at the place of residence.
Step 6
After you turn in your medical card and sign the contract, you can take your baby to kindergarten. A child will be able to attend a preschool institution only from the day when the contract comes into effect.
