If the mother is a drug addict, alcoholic, is not engaged in the upbringing and maintenance of children, but leads a cheerful, riotous lifestyle, then the children are sent to upbringing in children's institutions, the mother is deprived of parental rights. And only in isolated cases fathers are interested in children and are ready to take them into education. If you are one of these units, in order to pick up the children for yourself, you need to apply to the court. In the statement of claim, indicate that you want to raise children and provide documents proving the possibility of transferring children from the mother to you.

At the same time, write an application to the guardianship and guardianship authorities to examine your conditions and submit a petition to the court for the transfer of children.
