Romance is the driving force of relationships, regardless of how old the partners are, what stage their feelings are now going through and what plans people have for each other. But, of course, at the very beginning, during the bouquet and candy period, romance plays a key role, and a rare happy story does without it.

First, decide what is romance for your girlfriend and what is vulgarity. Don't confuse the two! A mistake can cost you a lot. If your girlfriend is so romantic that she hates the sea and the candles in the sand that you are planning to cook for her, then no stereotypes will save you. Generally speaking, stereotypes and public opinion are of little relevance here. What tradition has created with great work, fixing some phenomena and actions in our minds as romantic, and others as flat, can be instantly destroyed by one thin handle that will wave at you with all your candles.

Whatever romance you come up with for your girlfriend, the element of surprise must be present. That's the beauty of it, that you secretly, secretly sniff out what a girl likes, and then present it to her on a silver platter when she least expects it. But here you need to take into account the mood of your friend: for example, if she has a headache, extra courtship on your part will only push her away. In this case, be romantic in a slightly different way: buy her medicine, take her home, give her tea and do not forget to cope with the next day, how is your beloved health.

Take care of your appearance in advance. A girl can come in whatever she wants, even in a strict office suit, even in a shirt and jeans, especially since you are preparing a surprise for her, and she does not know what awaits her. But you - you have to prepare on all counts. Firstly, the appearance should correspond to the setting that you considered romantic and suitable for the tastes of your passion (you must agree, a tuxedo and a bow tie on a wild rocky beach will hardly be appropriate), and secondly, all clothes should be clean (for example, jeans can be ripped at the knees, if intended, but they must be washed). Take care of the perfume, taking into account, again, the tastes of the girl.

Carefully work out the scenario of the evening, putting all the risks aside in advance. If you are having a candlelit dinner at your home, then in no case should your mom appear out of nowhere with bags full of vegetables. If you took a girl, being in the south, somewhere to a remote restaurant, on the way back you shouldn't run out of gasoline. But there is no need to despair if this happens. After all, a true romantic is a great connoisseur of improvisation. Pretend that it was originally intended, you shouldn't have to go back, and here the sunset is so beautiful; but in the morning, get up early and get this unfortunate gasoline, otherwise, God forbid, you will have to meet a few more such sunsets in the wilderness.
Step 5
A true romantic, no matter how ardent he is, always takes precautions. Hold your horses if you see that something starts to bother the girl or if she suddenly did not like something. Remember that you should always follow the words, no matter how carefully you work out the scenario of the evening and your appearance. An inappropriate word, a stupid joke, or a harsh opinion expressed at the wrong time can crush everything, and you will not see any romance for another couple of weeks.
