Probably, every person at least once in his life had the idea to build his own family tree. In fact, this is not an easy and time-consuming process, but the result is worth it. A family tree will help you track the chronology of a family over many years and maybe even centuries. You can compose your tree yourself or contact a specialist.

Step 1
Search the Internet for the picture of the family tree you need. You can sketch it on paper. To do this, you will need a sheet of thick paper, felt-tip pens, scissors, glue, pencils, or colored design paper. You can also use various programs on your computer to create a tree.
Step 2
Look carefully for photos of any relatives you want to include in your family tree. You need all male and female representatives. Then sort the photos by relationship, think over different options for placing these photos on your tree. Remember or ask loved ones the date of birth of relatives and the date of death.
Step 3
When building a family tree on a computer, scan paper photographs with a scanner and place them in a separate folder. Using any graphics program, open the tree drawing of your choice and place the photos in a specific order. Using a computer mouse and keyboard, make an inscription at the bottom of the photo. Write your date of birth, first and last name.
Step 4
If you are drawing your family tree on paper yourself, then cut out pieces of green paper, the number of which coincides with the number of relatives you know. Write the names, surnames, date of birth and type of relationship (grandfather, grandmother, aunt, uncle, sister, brother) on each of the pieces of paper with a bright felt-tip pen. Glue a piece of paper with the name of your child at the very bottom, because he is the youngest member of the family. If there are siblings, draw the ramifications of the first name slightly to the sides.
Step 5
Fork your family tree from the bottom up. Glue the sheets of paper with the names of the child's father and mother, then their sisters and brothers, then grandparents. Place relatives on the father's side on one side of your tree, and mother's on the other. Place each generation at the same level. Glue small photos of your family members, and the family tree will become a memorable attribute and decoration of your home.
