This mixture must be left for two days, changing the water regularly (3 times a day). During this time, the fungi will grow, there will be more of them five times.

Now you need to drain the water and pour warm boiled milk (about 23 degrees). This time the proportion reaches 1:10. Change milk daily by shaking the dishes with kefir.

To do this, add 180 ml of warm boiled milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar to 10 ml of starter culture. All this must be thoroughly mixed and allowed to brew for 10-12 hours (at room temperature). After that, the resulting kefir must be drunk within 2 days.

In order for the child's body to accept a new dish, it is necessary to gradually introduce kefir into the child's diet. To do this, give your baby 30 ml of kefir a day to drink.

By gradually increasing the rate, you will achieve a volume of 200 ml in 3-5 days.

If your child refuses to drink a tasteless drink, you can add a decoction of your child's favorite cereal and sugar syrup to it. Thus, kefir will turn into a sweet porridge that children enjoy eating.
