Step 1
If you have made the decision to conclude a marriage contract, think over all the details with your other half. Voice your wishes to each other. When you come to a general agreement, jot down the main points of the future contract on paper. Remember that each of you has the right to independently determine responsibilities for mutual maintenance, property that will go to everyone in case of divorce, etc.
Step 2
Wait a couple of days. During this time, you may have new ideas and wishes. Make the necessary changes to the existing items and go to a lawyer. He will listen to you carefully and draw up a competent prenuptial agreement.
Step 3
The marriage contract must be certified by a notary. According to the law of the Russian Federation "On State Duty", in order for a document to be certified, it is necessary to pay a state duty in the amount of two times the minimum wage.
Step 4
Pay the fee, attach to the contract your internal passports and marriage certificate (if you have already formalized the relationship) and go to the notary office.
Step 5
Please note that the presence of both parties is required for the notarization of a marriage contract. Sign the contract in front of a notary.
Step 6
The marriage contract is drawn up in triplicate. One remains with the notary, the remaining two are issued to each of the spouses.
Step 7
You can conclude a marriage contract both on the eve of the registration of the relationship, and at any time while you are married. If you decide to draw up an agreement before state registration, it will enter into force immediately after your relationship is legalized.
Step 8
A marriage contract can be changed or terminated by mutual consent of the spouses at any time, like any other civil document.

Remember that this agreement cannot limit the legal capacity or legal capacity of spouses, regulate personal relationships between them, rights and obligations in relation to children, contain conditions that infringe on one of the spouses or are contrary to family law.
