Track your ovulation with special ovulation tests that you can buy at your pharmacy. It is necessary to start conducting tests from the 10th day of the menstrual cycle. The test involves analysis of urine from 10 to 19 hours. One strip on the test indicates that there is no ovulation. And two stripes, and especially if the second stripe is darker than the first, means that an auspicious day has come for conception.
Step 4
You can also track the maturation of the egg using ultrasound diagnostics. Folliculometry, as this type of research is called, involves measuring the size of the follicle in which a viable egg is maturing. When the follicle reaches 18-21 mm in length, it bursts, an egg comes out of it, and it's time to get started if you want to conceive a boy.
