As you know, almost all fairy tales end with a wedding. In the Russian cultural tradition (as, incidentally, in the traditions of other countries and peoples), a wedding is considered a key event in a person's life. However, the reasons for getting married can be very different.

Early and forced marriage

Often, marriages are forced, in particular due to an unplanned pregnancy. Unfortunately, the birth of a child does not save a young family, and such forced marriages most often end in divorce.

The reason for a rash early marriage may be the desire of a boy or girl to get rid of parental control. And at first, the newfound freedom seems like paradise. But over time, it may turn out that living with a hastily found "savior" is even more bondage than living in a parental home.

Sometimes a girl thinks that if she does not marry the first who paid attention to her, she may be left alone. As a result, the girl connects her fate with almost the first comer. And this happens not only with "ugly" girls, but also with beautiful, but insecure girls.

After 25 years, dark thoughts come to the girls' minds. All the friends got married long ago, but she is still alone. Many in such a situation are trying to use what they think is their last chance and hastily get married. Unfortunately, these marriages are often short-lived, and the problem of loneliness remains unresolved.

Marriages of convenience and business

People of certain professions, for example, military or diplomats, need to have a family, so to speak, according to their duty. Of course, in this case, it also happens that marriages are concluded for love, but it often happens that a young man is forced to look for a suitable candidate for the role of a spouse: a girl from a good family, with knowledge of etiquette and foreign languages. Feelings are secondary.

Unfortunately, marriages of convenience are still relevant. For some, this is a way to solve material problems, for others - to climb the next step up the career ladder. However, the benefits obtained are unlikely to compensate for a bleak life with an unloved person.

Oddly enough, marriages made out of a sudden outbreak of passion are also rarely lasting. After all, the passion passes rather quickly, and the newlyweds, who did not have time to get to know each other well, make a lot of not always pleasant discoveries.

Getting married is one of the most important decisions in a person's life, and it should be taken very carefully, trying to listen to both the voice of the heart and the voice of reason.
