Summer is a great time! Time for long walks in the fresh air, fun and active games. Along with playing for a walk, you can also engage in the development of the child. This will give the baby pleasure and benefit.
Mini garden. Find a secluded spot in the yard with your child, loosen it and water it. Fence with pebbles or weave a fence of branches. Plant a flower there together and watch it grow. Water the weeds, water in time. For a child, such an activity creates a positive attitude towards work, its values, he sees the results of his work. The child observes the growth process, how a plant is obtained from a seed, learns to make logical chains.
Fun arithmetic. Draw geometric shapes on the asphalt with chalk, study counting, the concept of "many or few", different shapes and colors.
- Draw several identical objects on the asphalt with chalk. Count them, and then sign the desired number next to them.
- The same is the opposite. Draw a number, and let the child bring the corresponding number of pebbles.
- Use molds to make sand figures, for example, 3 berries and 2 cars. Invite your child to identify which is greater.
Letters. Chalk is a great way to learn letters.
- Write volumetric letters on the asphalt, and let the child paint the space inside them.
- Start writing a letter, and let the baby try to continue it.
- You can ask the child to jump over the letters written at some distance from each other and remember the words that begin with them.
- Make a word out of letters. The child must find the letters he needs on the asphalt and jump on them.
- Write the letter and let the child recognize it. Then draw an object or animal starting with that letter.
- Let the baby search for familiar letters among many others.
Sprinklers. When else to play on the street with water, if not in the summer? Make a spray bottle from a bottle (you can buy a ready-made water gun) and paint with water on the sand.
Pebbles and sticks. From improvised objects, you can add geometric shapes, count stones, complex in a row, decorate with them figurines made of sand.
Find the item. Prepare cards at home with images of flowers, insects, objects (bicycle, scoop, bucket). Together on the street look for what is shown in the picture.
