Physical education is mandatory, when the guys move, warm up. In this case, the teacher will hold the attention of the kids throughout the entire lesson. But its duration should not exceed 30-40 minutes, so that the children do not get tired. It happens that in some centers one-hour classes are organized for one-year-old babies. In this case, it is imperative that there is a break. For example, 25 minutes of creativity, a break and then rhythm.
It is better to bring a baby 1 year old to a psychologist's classes. A specialist of such a profile better than a simple teacher knows the peculiarities of the development of children of such an early age.
Everything that is done with children in developmental classes at the age of 1 year can be done at home. You should not demand something unique and unrepeatable from a teacher. The value of the lesson does not fall due to its simplicity.
