Step 1
Register on a special website of the city administration - in almost every region there is this type of service. After registration is over, a confirmation letter and an individual code will be sent to your e-mail. The code is assigned by the electronic commission and is necessary to monitor the progress of your child's queue.
Step 2
Enter this code on the main page of the site, it will be requested automatically. By entering the code, you will be able to see how the queue for the kindergarten is progressing. If it suddenly turns out that the serial number of your queue has changed upwards, you need to demand an explanation from the RONO. It is impossible to find out this information on the site, you will have to go to the district education department in person.
Step 3
If your region has not yet introduced an electronic queue for kindergartens, monitor the progress of the queue for personal visits. When enrolling in kindergarten, receive a receipt with a number. At your next visit to RONO, present this number and find out how the sequence is progressing. You can also find out the sequence by phone, tell the receipt number and find out how soon your child will be able to attend a kindergarten.
Step 4
Keep in mind that an increase in your queue upwards may occur due to an increase in the number of children on benefit. There are categories of persons to whom RONO is obliged to provide a place in kindergarten in the first place.
Step 5
Stay tuned for changes in priority as new kindergartens open in your area, and between mid-May and late August. It is during this period that the recruitment of children occurs, and your turn can advance significantly.
