Step 1

Walk on toes and heels for 2-3 minutes. This will warm up and strengthen the muscles. Be sure to time the time, because you need to feel the load, and not finish by making a circle one room at a time.

Roll from heel to toe 20-30 times. One of the most difficult and useful exercises for flat feet. Hold your child's hands for balance. Make sure that he climbs on his toes high and with almost straight legs. Some children bend their knees and sway in this way, rather than lifting fully on their toes due to the muscles. When rolling onto the heels, it is better to lean on the outside of the feet, but only grown-up children can do this. Up to 5 years, just the rifts themselves are enough.

Stand on each leg for 1-2 minutes. Children can rarely stand alone without support all this time. First, teach your toddler to lean on one leg and stick with your hand. Make sure that he does not fall on your hand, but only catches balance. Gradually help the baby to stand without support and only then measure and increase the time of standing on the leg.

Step 4

Step 7

Pick up items. To make all the muscles of the arch of the foot work, lift various things with your child: toys, pencils, rags. Pieces of fabric can still be picked up with your toes. To do this, put the child on the edge of the fabric, let him lean on his heels, and with his fingers try to rake all the fabric under his feet. To complicate things, place some weight on the fabric.

Step 8

Trample on various surfaces: sand, grass, pebbles, orthopedic mats. If you cannot go out barefoot, put peas, buttons or stones in the box and put the child there. Most kids love this kind of exercise. Weave a braid from pieces of fabric or rope, let the child walk on it on the outside of the foot and sideways. Plastic pipes or smooth sticks are also suitable. It is useful to roll them with your feet, walk on them sideways or with a herringbone: with heels inward, with toes out.
