The delicate and vulnerable child's psyche is from time to time exposed to serious stress, which it does not need. Adults, on the other hand, because of their daily activities, sometimes do not always notice that the child is not comfortable. How do you know if your child is experiencing stress?
Instructions
Step 1
The child moves away from the family. Always sociable, he suddenly stopped making contact with household members, even with those with whom he always communicated a lot.
Step 2
Has your child suddenly become insecure? Did it suddenly feel out of place with family members, relatives and friends? Answers questions in monosyllables and is very shy? This is a reason to take a closer look at the child.
Step 3
Sleep disturbance and fatigue can also indicate that something is bothering the child. Does he feel squeezed like a lemon, but is it difficult for him to sleep? Is it hard to wake up in the morning?
Step 4
Is a son or daughter annoyed at any moment, regardless of the situation? Does the remark of adults meet with hostility? Your child has become hot-tempered.
Step 5
The child was sad two minutes ago, but now he is jumping and wailing? Mood swings can also be a sign of stress.
Step 6
Is the offspring restless? Shifting things, fidgeting in a chair? Going somewhere and doing something without a specific purpose? This can also be a sign.
Step 7
Has the child stopped eating? Does he barely even eat what he used to love? Or does he eat everything? Loss of appetite or high appetite may indicate a loss of calmness.
