Parents always want only the best for their child. But how do you determine what is really good? How not to harm, but to do better? The relationship between parents and children is very important. You need to build them step by step.

Parents help children

When a child is just born, he is small and helpless. Naturally, the baby really needs parents. Caring mom and dad are only happy to help, every help to the child is a joy to them. Gradually, children grow up and look at the behavior of mom and dad, often copy it. If a parent helps the child at every opportunity, then the baby will grow up to be a good helper.

Do not immerse yourself completely in your affairs, devote enough time to your child, and your child will grow up the same in relation to others. The child gets used to this environment and perceives it as the norm, copying it to his family over the years.

But there comes a time when children do not want to accept the help of their parents. It becomes important for them to communicate with friends, to win their place in society. I would like to walk more, to find authority among peers. There is no need to be afraid, it is important to wait out this moment. This is the so-called "transition period". Then the child will again become a close friend to the parents. During this period, the main help is understanding and patience.

Children help their parents

Children grow up, become quite adults, but dads and mothers do not get younger. By retirement age, many things become more difficult than they used to be. Going to the store is very exhausting, and it becomes very difficult to carry a bag of groceries.

The time has come when parents need the help of their children. And here it is important how they were brought up, because the children will begin to repeat the behavior of mom and dad in the past.

There is a situation when a child has grown up, got on his feet and does not consider it his duty to help his parents. If this happens, it means that mom, dad and the child are not in a close relationship. It's not too late to fix everything, although it's not as easy as in childhood.

Unfortunately, it also happens that parents have devoted their whole lives to children, but in return they did not receive the same. This happens, most likely, due to the strong spoiling of the child. It is important to help the child, and not to indulge his whims. You just need to help and understand in difficult times. But, if a child in childhood felt cared for and supported, he will not leave his parents alone with difficulties. Now children become a support.

Parents need children as much as children need parents. Mutual help in the family is the key to strong and close relationships. This is something to strive for and something to be treasured.
