Sooner or later, a little girl and that hooligan boy, having already matured, will make a mutual voluntary decision to tie themselves by marriage. One fine summer, or maybe a golden autumn, a noisy wedding will sweep through the city.
Wedding is a term denoting the union of two people, it is better known among the people. But before the wedding revelry, it is necessary to comply with some legal formalities in order to register the marriage according to all the canons of the law. Here is a little cheat sheet for future newlyweds:
- First of all, you need to think again about your decision, to accurately determine its correctness.
- In any city there are several departments of the registry office, you need to choose in which department the registration will be carried out.
- In order to register a marriage, you must, at least one month before the expected date, submit an application to the registry office in the prescribed form, which contains personal information (age, whether you were already married, whether there are children, passport data)
- On the same day, you can check with the registry office employees about the services provided (shooting, alcohol, background support, etc.).
- Along with filing an application, the registry office will require you to submit the following documents: your passports; if your or your future husband's marriage is not the first, then you must also provide additional documents confirming the dissolution of the marriage or the death of your spouse.
- For state registration of marriage, you need to pay a state fee in the amount established by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, then attach the receipt of payment to the application.
- After submitting all the necessary documents, you and your future spouse will have a month before the date you declared. For valid reasons, you can be scheduled on the day of application or on any other day during the month of your choice: a long trip, pregnancy, or having a baby. Also, registration on the same day is possible if there is a threat to your life.
The month before registration is given for reflection, are you sure of your intentions? Quite often, future spouses enlighten this time with incomprehensible quarrels and clarifications of relations related to the issues of holding a future celebration. And some, on the contrary, take up planning a future event with great enthusiasm - this is choosing witnesses, drawing up a list of guests, booking a banquet hall, long thoughts and searching for outfits for future spouses, and other organizational issues (wedding procession, participation of a toastmaster, ordering a bridal bouquet).
