Instructions

Step 1

Before introducing a new product into the child's diet, be sure to consider the state of his health.

Step 2

From two months old, the baby can be given fruit and vegetable decoctions. You need to start with five drops and gradually increase the dose to fifty milliliters per day.

Step 3

At four months, juices are introduced: apple, carrot, cherry and blackcurrant. They must be given in a few drops, increasing the dose daily. Apple juice is low in acidity and improves the functioning of the digestive system. Carrot is a source of carotene, increases the body's resistance to infections, and blackcurrant juice is very rich in vitamin C.

Step 4

At five months, the child can be fed with cereals. They are an important source of carbohydrates. Better to start with rice or buckwheat. Rice contains a lot of starch, and buckwheat - vitamins and minerals. When the baby gets used to one of the types of cereals, you need to cook assorted cereals, which contain several cereals at the same time.

Step 5

At the same time, add mashed potatoes to your diet. In consistency, it should resemble liquid sour cream. Then gradually add other vegetables: cauliflower and white cabbage, zucchini, pumpkin, carrots. Start with one teaspoon of vegetable puree and watch your baby's reactions closely. It is better to feed in the morning, then you will have enough time to observe the child. Egg yolk can be added to the vegetable puree by the age of seven months.

Step 6

Gradually teach your child to eat meat puree and liver. Use lean beef, veal, rabbit. It is recommended to feed the fish at the age of nine months. Remember that seafood often causes allergic reactions.

Step 7

Fermented milk products should be prepared specifically for baby food. Yoghurts that are sold in the store cannot be used to feed a child under one year old. Most of them have added preservatives, thickeners and flavor enhancers. The best fermented milk product for a baby is regular kefir and acidophilic milk. Use only freshly prepared food to feed your baby.
