Step 1

Count to eight and inhale slowly through your nose. In this case, first direct the stream of air into the abdomen, then into the lungs, expanding the chest. If done correctly, the abdomen will be slightly retracted at the end of the inhalation. 3. Exhale in the same sequence, only more energetically. After a short pause, repeat all over again.
