Dice the carrots and onions. The liver is fried in vegetable oil along with vegetables, after which sour cream is added to it. Salt and spices are added to the dish to taste, but it is advisable not to abuse them for children under three years old. The dish is stewed over low heat until cooked, for which 30 minutes is enough. You can diversify the recipe by expanding the range of vegetables. Bell peppers, green peas, corn, green beans go well with carrots and onions. By experimenting in this way, the taste of the dish will be different every time. If the child does not like such a meat product, you can cook chicken pate. This hearty and nutritious breakfast dish is also great for the rest of the family. For him, the liver is fried until cooked over medium heat, after which it is rolled through a meat grinder along with chicken yolks and butter. You can also add boiled carrots to it, which will make the pate even more useful. The mixture should acquire a uniform consistency. All that remains is to transfer it to a container and refrigerate. When serving a sandwich with such a pate, you can decorate with herbs.
